Welcome Message from BalancedLife Fitness

     Welcome to BalancedLife Fitness's blog site! Currently, it is a 'work in progress', so bear with me as I try to create a site that will inspire us all to be the happiest, and healthiest we can be.
My focus is to create a space that will allow us to understand more clearly how the mind and body co-exist to make up the environment that surrounds each and everyone of us.  We all have it within us to be successful at whatever we choose to do.  It is my hope that this blog will be a place to come to for inspiration, guidance and motivation, as well as a learning tool for those of you who want to make a positive change, but are afraid to start on that journey.
As this blog blossoms and grows, I will share anything and everything from personal insights and stories to learned truths to help get you more in tune with yourself.  It will be a learning experience for me as well, because life is one continuous journey, and one can never give up on the quest for knowledge.
A balanced life....isn't that we all want?  Work-time, play-time, family-time, me-time...how do we fit that all into one day? And in the large scheme of things, how do we fit that into our whole life and make it all work out evenly?  Can it be done?  What do you think?
